Enza celebrated the arrival of summer in Seignosse!
Between swimming, good meals and activities to raise awareness on environmental issues, the team enjoyed three days of cohesion and conviviality: a perfect way to unwind after a busy semester!

Enza got together to celebrate the year’s end in a new destination: Lille.
After a studious morning reviewing our achievements over the past year and looking ahead to the next, the team was introduced to Design Thinking. Using their newly acquired knowledge, all the employees were able to prepare and present, in small groups, a project aimed at improving the added value we bring to our clients.
What a great way to start 2023!
Thanks to the CSR Retention group, Enza conducts a survey twice a year using the Bleexo tool. The aim is simple: to seek employee’s feedback in order to improve their well-being and support Enza’s growth.
This analysis enlightens Enza on its strengths and weaknesses and we can therefore make the necessary efforts to continually improve.
Enza held a CSR dedicated event during which we presented our sustainable purchasing policy to all our colleagues and partners. One of the pillars of this policy is to analyse suppliers’ offers according to environmental and social criteria, in order for the price to not be the first driver of our purchasing decision.
The evening also provided an opportunity to raise awareness among partners who have not yet undertaken an equivalent process and to present our CSE charter and a questionnaire for our suppliers.
For the second year in a row, we have won the Ecovadis Platinum Medal. It rewards the CSR commitment that we have carried over 10 years and places us in the top 1% of more than 90.000 companies evaluated across the globe. We are delighted with this recognition and we will continue our daily efforts to contribute to a fairer and more durable world.
Enza is pleased to announce the appointment of Aurélie Cyrot as Associate Director. Since 2018, she has been actively contributing to the development of the firm and and IS transformation projects. Today, she manages 3 large banking companies accounts and offers to our consulting teams her expertise and her leadership.
Main themes of this edition were challenge & team spirit!
We all met in Camargue – part of Provence in the south of France – this year where we enjoyed flamingos and wild lands, sky blue and bright sun.
Perfect moment to gather and re-energise the team!
Reaching out to our networks was fruitful:
30% of our newly on-boarded consultants were recruited thanks to cooptation by one of our consultant last year.

2021 ends with collective work around the Climate Collage, in order to better understand the climate change.

Ecovadis is the world reference benchmark for CSR performance assessment. The overall score reflects the quality of the CSR management system within the company.

At the beginning of this year, Enza is once again spotlighting research. We are very pleased to announce you the launch of a thesis, together with the Center for Sociology of Organizations of Sciences Po Paris.
With this work carried out by Louison Carroué, we will focus on the challenges of the use of Artificial Intelligence in business: how these technologies fit into the decision-making processes of organizations and what is their impact on management methods.
Next step for our PhD student : specify the research fields and start the field survey.
We think we ought to take advantage of the experience gained over the past months to succeed going further. Everyone has shown resilience and creativity: let’s make the most of it!

Enza team wishes you a Happy New Year 2020!
« Run in Lyon » – We ran! Sunday 6th October, more than 30,000 runners participated in the 10th edition of the “Run In Lyon”, either 10 kilometers, half-marathon or marathon. After a strong preparation, Enza team responded to this challenge, wearing the colors of the firm on the half-marathon. We are in line with the approach initiated by one of our clients : “Sport as a school of life”! It is Crédit Agricole of course. Enza team intends to take up the challenge again in 2020!
Enza participated at the opening ceremony of this “idea factory” which objective is to be the place to be for Digital activities in Lyon region.
With more than 5.000 m2, H7 hosts more than one hundred startups of the Digital world. The purpose is to promote exchanges between all the entrepreneurs, and to give them an access to all the necessary expertises to strengthen their growth.
Enza once again participated in the Paris half marathon. Our runners once more defended Enza’s colors, even under the rain!
The practice of a sport is correlated to the positive development of the human being: a taste for effort, overcoming oneself, respect and listening to one’s body and others, a sense of sharing, cohesion,… All these social and personal attributes can be found in our consultants !
And for the less athletic, other joint events are regularly organized and unite our team throughout the year.
