We’ve told you before: we are “the small firm that achieves great things”.
Our ambition is to have a positive impact on society by acting at our level to address current challenges. And we do this by regularly challenging ourselves.
Since the creation of Enza in 2010, CSR has always been one of our priorities. Our commitment grows stronger every year: we have been assessed by EcoVadis since 2013 and are proud to be among the top 1% most committed companies.
We signed the United Nations Global Compact, the largest international initiative on corporate sustainability, in 2015.
And in 2022, the whole firm chose CSR as their shared goal. Throughout the year, a dedicated internal team of consultants and support functions is mobilised on the subject.

Continuous exchange
Each employee benefits from a personalized career path, including the support of an internal “coach” throughout the year. Consultants share their expertise though an internal “companionship” programme, regardless of their experience: in 2022, one consultant out of two was in this programme.
During a seminar 100% dedicated to CSR, all our employees were trained on the Climate Fresk, an opportunity to raise awareness of the causes and consequences of climate change.
Well-being at work, an ingredient of success
We want our teams to feel fulfilled, listened to and fully committed: this will make Enza more sustainable and our customers more satisfied. In order to foster strong relationships between employees, 2 seminars are organised each year, alternating between relaxation and substantive topics. In 2022, we all gathered for 3 days in Camargue and 2 days in Lille. Monthly meetings and afterwork cocktails are held throughout the year.

Contributing to a fairer, more sustainable world
Sustainable procurement and consumption
We favour French and European suppliers. Our suppliers must fill in a CSR questionnaire and sign a charter in which they commit to respecting environmental and social principles. Our objective is to have all our suppliers sign the United Nations Global Compact by 2026.
In order to minimise our carbon footprint, train is the only means of transport used for internal events.
When our computers need to be renewed, they are reconditioned and donated to the ESSPF school for disabled children.
Skill-based sponsorship
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported small businesses freely through the development of their digital activities (social media strategy, e-commerce…).
In 2022, we supported an NGO that fights against school dropout.
More than 1,000 hours of free support were provided!

We supported one of our clients (a financial institution) in the creation and deployment of a climate awareness plan for their employees. 600 people in 8 countries were thus trained on the Climate Fresk.
Continuously improving our CSR approach
Each year we take new initiatives based on EcoVadis recommendations. In 2023, our goal is to measure and reduce our digital carbon footprint.
In 2022, all our employees have been involved in the realisation in actions of 5 challenges of our CSR strategy. Climate, sponsorship, employee development and well-being were the main focuses.
