Alexandre

Following my graduation from ESSCA, I held different positions in various sectors, from the sales of leads in the moving industry to a PMO role for EDF. This career path has opened my mind to a large spectrum of know-hows and company cultures. The people whom I’ve met have awaken an interest for the consultancy world and its inherent possibilities to have assignments in all types of industries, with various experts and the perspective to learn and discover ever more. Since joining ENZA, I’ve been working in the financial sector on the deployment of a common information system throughout several European entities. I contribute internally to the English recruitment interviews and to the company’s communication. As I’ve lived several years abroad, notably in the USA and the Netherlands, I particularly appreciate being part of a structure whose missions have strong international and multi-cultural dimensions.

Alexandre

Après mes études à l’ESSCA, j’ai occupé des postes dans divers secteurs, de la vente de leads dans le monde du déménagement à un poste de PMO pour le compte d’EDF, ce qui m’a ouvert l’esprit sur un panel de savoir-faire et cultures d’entreprises. Les rencontres ont éveillé mon intérêt pour le conseil et la possibilité de réaliser des missions dans tous types d’industries, auprès d’experts variés avec la perspective d’apprendre et découvrir toujours plus. Depuis que j’ai rejoint ENZA, j’interviens dans le secteur de la finance et le déploiement d’un système d’information commun à plusieurs entités en Europe. Je contribue aux entretiens de recrutement en anglais ainsi qu’à la communication du cabinet. Ayant vécu plusieurs années à l’étranger, notamment aux États-Unis et aux Pays-Bas, j’apprécie d’avoir intégré une structure avec des missions aux dimensions internationales et multiculturelles.

Henri

After graduating from Toulouse Business School in 2009, I spent my first 2 years as Risk Analyst at Amundi London and my next 6 years as consultant in the Risk Advisory Practice of Deloitte in Paris.
To fully develop my project management skills, I finally decided to join Enza in 2016. Enza allowed me to work on demanding missions, sometimes with strong international dimensions. Enza also quickly made me responsible for internal matters such as training junior consultants.
Today, in addition to carrying out assignments, my role within the firm is multiple. I am involved in the commercial development of Enza. As a coach, I guide the consultants on their professional path. I also contribute to our “buddy” system to encourage mutual aid between peers and to provide solutions that are increasingly adapted to our clients’ situations.

Henri

Diplômé de la Toulouse Business School en 2009, j’ai effectué mes 2 premières années professionnelles comme Analyste Risques chez Amundi Londres et mes 6 années suivantes comme consultant au sein de la Practice « Risk Advisory de Deloitte à Paris.
Pour m’épanouir pleinement en gestion de projet, j’ai finalement décidé de rejoindre Enza en 2016. Enza, m’a permis d’intervenir sur des missions exigeantes, parfois à fortes dimensions internationales, et être rapidement responsabilisé sur des sujets internes comme la formation des consultants juniors.
Aujourd’hui, au-delà de la réalisation des missions, mon rôle au sein du cabinet est multiple. Je suis partie prenante du développement commercial d’Enza. En tant que coach, j’accompagne les consultants pour les guider sur leurs parcours professionnels. Je contribue également à notre démarche de compagnonnage pour favoriser l’entraide entre pairs et apporter des solutions toujours plus adaptées aux situations de nos clients.

Lucie

Diplômée de l’ISG, j’ai choisi le métier du conseil pour la diversité des missions, la richesse des interlocuteurs et l’environnement international dans lequel il permet d’évoluer. J’ai aussi choisi d’intégrer un cabinet à taille humaine pour être en mesure de participer plus directement à son développement et à sa vie interne.
Depuis que j’ai débuté ma carrière chez Enza, il y a quatre ans, je suis intervenue sur trois missions différentes, j’ai grandi avec une entreprise qui me ressemble et j’ai progressivement gagné en responsabilité.
Aujourd’hui, je travaille pour un grand groupe bancaire. Je les accompagne dans leur transformation vers l’agilité à l’échelle. En parallèle, je suis activement impliquée dans la construction du cabinet. Je contribue notamment à l’ambition RSE qu’Enza s’est fixée : « Des consultants épanouis et engagés au service de transformations durables ».

Lucie

Graduated from ISG business school, I joined a consulting company for the diversity of missions, the richness of the interlocutors and the international environment in which it allows to evolve.
I chose to join a human sized company to be able to participate more directly in its development and its internal life.
Since I started my career at Enza four years ago, I have been involved in three different missions, I have grown up with a company that looks like me in which I have gradually gained responsibility.
Today, I work for a large banking group. I support them in their agile at scale transformation.In parallel, I am actively involved in the company’s development. For instance, I contribute to the RSE ambition that Enza has set:  “Consultants who are fulfilled and committed to sustainable transformations”

Claire

After graduating from ESCP Business School my entire career has so far been spent in consultancy and always as part of organisations with a more human dimension. What drew me to Enza was a desire to participate in major projects with an international dimension, all the while remaining in an environment which suited me. I am currently working with an industrial client and overseeing their change management programme as part of an SAP roll-out.
Enza is a rare kind of organisation, where someone with my kind of experience can throw themselves into stimulating and demanding assignments, while working on a part-time basis. This balance between professional and personal fulfilment is of huge value to me.
In a general sense, at Enza, a large onus is placed on the development of consultants. Be they junior or senior members of staff, we make a considerable effort to enable them to “grow” in accordance with their goals and also enable them to gain visibility. To do so, the means of offering support and the coach’s role provide a valuable perspective thereby optimising guidance and training.

Edouard

As a graduate of Skema Business School, I wished to join a consultancy firm due to the wide range of assignments, the rich variety of partners and to develop in an international environment. I therefore began my career with 4 years of experience at EY Advisory Paris whose clients included large banking and insurance institutions. I then chose to join Enza so that I could actively contribute to the life and strategy of a firm on a more human scale, gain responsibility and be involved across the board. Furthermore, I wished to be actively involved in the development of the firm in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, particularly so that I could reconnect with my roots in Lyon.
I am currently working with a technology consultancy group in order to support their international implementation of an ERP system. Alongside this, I contribute to the development of Enza across the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region where we have great ambitions.

Marion

After graduating from Sciences Po and ESCP Business School, I spent the first years of my career working as an organisation consultant, I dedicated the following years to project management and customer team management at the Château de Versailles before finally joining Enza in 2018.
What do I like best about my job? Supporting teams undergoing transformation projects, providing them with the means to develop their modus operandi no matter what the working environment and creating their solutions with them step by step. My key principle: what others are drawn to… as more often than not, the best solution is a collective one.
My current role at Enza involves supporting the consultant team, enabling each of them to develop their strong consulting skills in relation to assignments, promotions, internally and in close proximity to clients. The aim then being for every consultant to be able to trace their own consulting pathway.

Céline

As a graduate of ISG Business School, I had the chance to complete a portion of my studies overseas. I learnt about coping strategies, how to deal with complex situations and developed a real appetite for an international life.
I chose consultancy for its varied workload and to acquire a diverse skillset. Once I had had a taste, I never looked back.
I am passionate about the mechanisms employed in mergers and the speed with which companies must evolve to keep up with change. I enjoy working hard as part of a team in order to map out alignment strategies or to develop the best tools. What motivates me? Trying to resolve problems, especially those to which there seems to be no solution.
Since the beginning of my career, I have developed a network of individuals with whom I enjoy working and exchanging ideas. I hope to continue to develop this resource by helping consultants grow in a manner that respects the qualities of honesty and humility.

Mathieu

Having graduated from the Grenoble Management School, I started my career with a period of entrepreneurial experience by creating an online network of freelance consultants. Many aspects of the day-to-day role were very rewarding: making contacts, coordinating a network, finding solutions to my clients’ problems in complex environments and implementing new tools with the aim of improved performance.
I then made the decision to focus on consultancy due to the varied work, to offer my clients concrete support and to bring their projects to a successful conclusion. I am particularly involved in coordinating international projects: I am passionate about multicultural environments as they are full of rich encounters and mutual exchange when they are handled appropriately. In my 7 years at Enza, I have had the opportunity to build a career path which took me from London to Paris. I am now in charge of the Auvergne- Rhône-Alpes region.

Simone

Having completed my studies in an international setting, I graduated from ESSEC BBA programme and Paris Dauphine University. As part of my studies, I took part in two Chinese exchanges, which gave me an insight into a reality which is completely removed from our own and a society which is undergoing wholesale growth.
My experience as an intern and an apprentice enabled me to gain an understanding of the sector I wished to join. I was drawn to the possibility of varied challenges: the assignments, clients and issues which I would encounter.
Now I handle both property and IT issues within the same project, I find this highly rewarding and it illustrates the diverse nature of my role. Add to that, the in-house experience I have enjoyed at Enza, particularly regarding recruitment, but also my involvement with our partner Les Grappes (a new start-up) which is truly taking off.

Aurélie

As a Centrale-Supélec-trained engineer, I wished to add a business string to my bow by undertaking the Collège des Ingénieurs MBA. After that I naturally turned my attention to consultancy, given the joint-appeal to my analytical mind and possibility of seeking added-value for my clients.
After 16 years with Accenture, where I learnt their methods and approaches and worked with a major player in the world of digital transformation, meeting an incredible array of fascinating individuals convinced me to join the Enza adventure. Here I have found an organisation with values and practices which place people at the heart of their approach and considerations.
My area of involvement: the Public Sector and topics related to Teaching, Higher Education and more broadly Training.
On a day-to-day basis, I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients and the feeling that what we do is making a difference for them. I also enjoy welcoming and supporting less experienced consultants to whom I hope to pass on our values.

Claire

Diplômée de l’ESCP, j’ai fait toute ma carrière dans le conseil, toujours dans des structures à taille humaine. Ce qui m’a conduit chez Enza c’est l’envie d’intervenir sur de grands projets, avec une dimension internationale, tout en restant dans un environnement qui me convienne. Aujourd’hui je pilote pour l’entité de maintenance d’un client industriel le programme de gestion du changement d’un déploiement SAP.
Enza est une structure rare, dans laquelle une expérimentée comme moi peut s’investir sur des missions stimulantes et exigeantes, tout en travaillant à temps partiel. Cet équilibre entre épanouissement professionnel et équilibre personnel m’est précieux.
De manière générale chez Enza, nous portons beaucoup d’attention au développement des consultants. Pour tous, juniors ou seniors, nous nous efforçons de baliser le parcours pour leur permettre de « grandir » selon leurs objectifs et en leur donnant de la visibilité. Pour cela, le dispositif d’encadrement et le rôle du coach permettent de bénéficier d’un regard croisé et d’optimiser l’accompagnement et la formation.

Diplômé de Skema Business School, j’ai souhaité intégrer un cabinet de conseil pour la multiplicité des missions, la richesse des interlocuteurs et pour évoluer dans un environnement international. J’ai ainsi débuté ma carrière par une expérience de 4 ans chez EY Advisory Paris avec pour clients de grandes institutions bancaires et assurantielles. J’ai ensuite choisi de rejoindre Enza pour me permettre de participer activement à la vie et à la stratégie d’un cabinet à taille plus humaine, pour gagner en responsabilité et « toucher à tout ». Par ailleurs, je souhaitais pouvoir être activement impliqué dans le développement du cabinet dans la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, afin notamment de retrouver mes racines lyonnaises.
Je travaille aujourd’hui pour un Groupe de conseil en technologie pour les accompagner sur un projet d’implémentation d’un ERP à l’international. En parallèle, je participe au développement d’Enza dans la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes où nous nourrissons beaucoup d’ambition.

Ce que je préfère dans mon métier ? Accompagner les équipes dans leurs projets de transformation, leur donner les moyens de faire évoluer leurs pratiques quels que soient leurs environnements de travail, construire avec elles pas à pas leurs solutions. Mon fil rouge : le goût des autres… car, le plus souvent, la solution la meilleure est une solution collective.
Aujourd’hui, mon rôle chez Enza est d’accompagner l’équipe des consultants, permettre à chacun de développer ses compétences fortes de conseil, sur les missions, sur les promotions, en interne, au plus près des clients. Que chaque consultant puisse ainsi tracer son propre chemin de conseil.

Diplômée de l’ISG, j’ai eu la chance de faire une partie de mes études à l’étranger. J’ai appris à me débrouiller, à sortir de situations compliquées et j’ai développé un vrai goût pour l’international.
Je suis venue au conseil pour varier les missions et acquérir une large palette de compétences. Prise au jeu, je n’ai jamais voulu en sortir.
Je suis passionnée par les mécanismes de fusion et par la rapidité d’évolution demandée aux entreprises pour être capables de suivre le mouvement. J’aime travailler dur avec les équipes pour décliner une stratégie de rapprochement ou pour développer le meilleur outil. Ce qui me motive ? Essayer de résoudre des problèmes, et surtout ceux pour lesquels il semble ne pas y avoir de solution.
Depuis le début de ma carrière, j’ai développé un réseau de personnes avec qui j’aime travailler et échanger. Je souhaite continuer à le développer en faisant grandir des consultants dans le respect des valeurs d’honnêteté et d’humilité.

Ingénieur en Mathématiques, j’ai réalisé la totalité de mon parcours dans le conseil. Ma première expérience m’a appris comment faire. La deuxième m’a appris comment faire autrement. La troisième m’a appris à faire faire. Et aujourd’hui, Enza…
Je suis passionné de pilotage…de projets. J’ai géré des intégrations post-fusion, mis en place des solutions de gestion de la relation client ou piloté des déploiements complexes, souvent à l’international. Mon sujet préféré du moment : l’intelligence artificielle !
J’aime les démarches qui associent idées, initiatives et innovations, dans une logique d’action, de réalisations concrètes, de résultat. J’aime apprendre, tous les jours : apprendre des autres, apprendre aux autres.
Même si je sais naviguer dans des environnements très politiques, j’avoue préférer des relations directes, claires, franches. Je veille à garantir chez Enza une ambiance de travail qui favorise l’efficacité, une approche collective de la performance et du succès.

Mathieu

Diplômé de Grenoble Ecole de Management, j’ai commencé mon parcours professionnel par une expérience entrepreneuriale avec la création d’un réseau de consultants freelance en ligne. Il y avait là déjà beaucoup des ingrédients qui m’animent au quotidien : créer des liens, animer un réseau, trouver des solutions aux problèmes de mes clients, dans des environnements complexes, mettre en place de nouveaux outils au service de leur performance.
J’ai ensuite fait le choix de m’orienter vers le conseil pour la pluralité des missions, pour accompagner mes clients concrètement et mener à bien leurs projets. J’interviens particulièrement sur le pilotage de projets à l’international : les environnements multiculturels me passionnent car ils sont riches de rencontres, d’apprentissage mutuel quand ils sont appréhendés avec justesse. Depuis 7 ans chez Enza, j’ai eu la chance de construire un parcours passant par Londres puis Paris. Je suis désormais en charge de la région Auvergne- Rhône-Alpes.

Aurélie

Ingénieur Centrale-Supélec de formation, j’ai souhaité donner à mon parcours une dimension business en suivant le MBA du Collège des Ingénieurs. Je me suis naturellement tournée vers le conseil me permettant d’allier esprit d’analyse et recherche de valeur ajoutée pour mes clients.
Après 16 ans passés chez Accenture à acquérir les démarches et méthodes d’un grand acteur du monde de la transformation digitale, la rencontre de personnalités étonnantes et détonantes m’a convaincue de rejoindre l’aventure Enza. J’y ai trouvé des valeurs et des pratiques qui placent l’humain au centre de son approche et de ses réflexions.
Mon champ d’application : le Secteur Public et les thématiques autour de l’Éducation, l’Enseignement Supérieur et plus globalement la Formation.
Au quotidien, j’aime construire une relation durable avec mes clients, avoir le sentiment que nos actions ont contribué pour eux à faire la différence ; j’aime aussi accueillir et accompagner les consultants moins expérimentés auxquels j’espère transmettre nos valeurs.

Simone

Issu d’un cursus international, je suis diplômé de l’ESSEC BBA et de l’Université Paris Dauphine. Dans le cadre de mes études j’ai effectué deux échanges en Chine, qui m’ont permis de connaître une réalité totalement différente de la nôtre et une société en pleine expansion.
Mes expériences en stage et en apprentissage m’ont donné la possibilité de comprendre le secteur vers lequel je souhaitais me tourner. J’étais attiré par la possibilité de varier les challenges : les missions, les clients et les sujets auxquels me confronter.
Aujourd’hui je traite à la fois des problématiques immobilières, mais aussi informatiques au sein d’un même projet, cela est très enrichissant et montre la diversité des thèmes qui peuvent être abordés dans notre métier. A cela, s’ajoutent les expériences internes d’Enza, en particulier le recrutement, mais aussi mon intervention chez notre partenaire Les Grappes (jeune start-up) en plein essor.

Pierre

As a mathematical engineer, I have always worked in consultancy. In my first role, I learnt the ropes. The second one showed me how to take a different tack. The third showed me how to really get things done. And now, I’m at Enza…
I am passionate about piloting… projects. I have managed post-merger integrations, implemented client relations management solutions and coordinated complex deployments, often on the international stage. My area of choice at the moment? Artificial intelligence!
I love approaches which blend ideas, initiatives and innovation within a framework of action, concrete performance and results. I love learning every day, learning from others and offering them ideas in turn.
Even if I might be able to negotiate highly political environments, I undoubtedly prefer direct, clear and frank communication. I ensure a working environment at Enza which promotes efficiency, a collective approach embodying performance and success.
