Our values
Our name was inspired by Peter Blake's boat.
We recognise ourselves in the values of the company Enza New Zealand, which sponsored Peter Blake's boat in 1994 during his non-stop round-the-world journey.

All our consultants are certified or in the process of being certified in project management (PMP, Prince 2, Scrum), process flow (Lean Six Sigma) and innovation (Lego Serious Play). We guarantee the quality and validity of our expertise and use only proven methods.

We have joined since 2015 the United Nations Global Compact, an initiative launched in 2000 gathering companies, governments and civil society organizations around universal principles.
We are committed to support the ten founding principles of this pact concerning human rights, labour standards, protection of the environment and anti-corruption measures. Thanks to this moral commitment, we wish to be part of a firmly ethical behavior and to contribute to a more responsible global economy in our sphere of influence.

When we are unable to become a shareholder, we support our clients in other ways by becoming a client ourselves or sponsoring initiatives.
Bridges to research
 
In order to nurture and accelerate our R&D process, we have set up bridges between the worlds of research and consulting. Since Enza was founded, we have benefited from the CIR scheme (tax credit) for our applied research targeted at developing an innovative methodology for high-frequency post-merger integration. Currently we are hosting a researcher from Dauphine Recherches en Management (DRM), one of the most important management science research centres in France. We view these exchanges between fundamental research and the work being done on the ground as an excellent way of offering you advanced solutions and innovative approaches.
