  Consultant, Paris

"The education that I received at the ENSGSI-Nancy business school prepared me to work for small and medium-sized enterprises. Although I discovered the world of major corporations during my traineeships, at the end of my studies I felt compelled to work in a moderate-sized company in which I would feel involved and where I could see the impact of my work. Trained as a general engineer, I chose consulting in order to learn about a variety of fields and business sectors and to work on different types of assignments. Today I am working on an information system assignment in the field of reinsurance. This is a highly technical field that was entirely unknown to me! Luckily, the expert consultant working on this project with me shared his expertise on a daily basis. I am learning a great deal every day! Both in technical terms as well as in terms of the attitudes to adopt as a consultant. There is also a great deal of cohesion between the consultants. Even if we don't all work together every day, we stay in contact, we help each other and we are always delighted when we get the opportunity to meet up again — often in unusual locations — for meetings and Enza events."

  Consultant, Paris

Graduated from Audencia Nantes I directly fell into consulting, first in a cabinet specialized in insurance and social protection then at Enza since February 2015. Human dimension, ability to lead internal projects and missions with a lots of autonomy, Enza's entrepreneurial and think out of the box spirit are key elements which made me join the team. I've had the opportunity to strengthen my abilities in project management and animation thanks to missions I'm leading and to my certification LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in the "All Certified" programme launched by the cabinet. The best place to keep progressing in a caring environment !

  Senior manager, Grenoble

"A graduate of ESCP Europe, I have spent my entire career in the consulting field and have always worked for moderate-sized companies. What led me to Enza was a desire to work on major projects with an international focus, but with a work environment that suits me. Now I work for an industrial client as the manager of a project to roll out a customs platform in six European countries. The next goal is to broaden the scope of the project beyond Europe, particularly in Ukraine, Turkey and Australia. Enza is a rare firm, one in which an experienced consultant like myself can focus on stimulating, demanding assignments while also working part-time and without necessarily being based in Paris. This balance between professional achievement and a personal life is precious to me.
At Enza, we pay close attention to our consultants' development. For everyone, whether junior or senior consultants, we strive to chart a career path that provides them with visibility and allows them to 'grow' according to their own objectives. In order to do so, our support system and coaching process provides employees with an outside perspective, helping them make the most of our support and training opportunities."

If you are recent graduate, junior consultant or experienced consultant interested in working for an entrepreneurial firm with an international mind-set, Enza may be the ideal workplace for you.
